Poor Quality Product, Pathetic Service

The Laptop Keyboard started malfunctioning in 3 months time. Sent to Service centre and they are awaiting replacement component for the past 3 months. Frustrated Service Centre franchisee closed down his contract and new Franchisee appointed.


Calling customercare service is also produced no result as they keep saying "wait for one week."


My Service Request code is 19110220021C003.


Better to avoid this sub standard Company and its products.
