Thanks for your post. I was planning to take up this subscription. But now changing my mind. Now i will use their free version. Infact there are many such websites now with no proper customer management. I was surprised to see that there is no contact telephone number. Its a totally ghost website.

I happy to inform that i received the refund against my cancelled order. This site has a long way to go to meet it's objective and ensure customer satisfaction. After rigorous follow up, spending a lot of time and money on calling them up, they finally managed to deliver the product after almost a months delay. Unacceptable As per the prevailing law and good business practice all the charges are to shown in the Invoice. GoIBIBO is not showing the Convenience Fee in the final invoice displayed to the customer and quietly adds the fee at the time of making payment. Sorry guys, Customers are not fools, we read more...
