IBM has revised the separation term recently. All the employees have received a note from HR that now they have to complete 3 months notice despite a single step to motivate employees.
Is IBM working in TCS way (Higher management is exTCS) ? No Motivation to control attrition, which is going up to 50%.
One question to everyone --> One person is resigning because he is frustrated from the managers and no more want to continue. Now you want him to sit next 3 month in the office. He will not going to do any productive work, he will just curse the people because of them he has resigned. He will convince 4 more people to go for new job hunt.
Is it the strategy of IBM management :) LOL...
