I agree with this post. There is a huge encroachment and corruption happening in this area and educated people from IT are falling in prey. Please beware, nothing precious than your life and peace of mind.

Same issue with IBM India GBS - DMS group. There is a top 2-3 layer of non-performers managers (like BM/NV/MT) and there testicles type of chamchas.
