I am working with IBM for last more than 5 years now and my experience has been very delightful. With over 9 years of IT experience and working with companies like Accenture and TCS, I haven’t come across a company like IBM. Being with IBM gives you abundant benefits. Flexible working hours, work from home facility, all IBM products at your disposal, presence in close to 190 countries are few such examples which makes IBM unique in its way.
The only little disadvantage that I see is that IBM is not so good pay master and annual appraisals/hikes are very low. So, someone who is just looking to make only quick bucks, IBM is not the place to be. Nevertheless, no other company in the world can offer learning better than IBM do. IBM is a brand name and sustaining such reputation for close to a century is no cakewalk.
