I am not a manager. I am purely into Architecture & Planning. I agree that in such huge organizations, not everyone can get as much growth as one expects. I understand it must have been frustrating. Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately because of one bad experience and poor HR management, the whole organization suffers and carries a bad name.
