ICICI Bank seems to have a different CALENDAR?
When will you act on a complaint filed on 14th November and after a series of the email exchange, I got this response

We shall update you with the status by December 5, 2018.

The problem is getting ICICI Bank to register the transaction as a dispute which they are not doing.
Compare this to my experience in Denmark. Used a cloned website of a popular brand for a purchase. Realised it immediately and asked customer care now what to do? Was sent a form to fill, sign and post. Immediately did it and in 3 days with no follow-up, charges were reversed. SIMPLE!
