*Even a simple request like an address change seems to be beyond ICICI bank staff. More than a month after submitting all the required documents to a branch, my records are still not updated; it seems that documents have been lost somewhere between branch and Mumbai NRI department. I have given up trying their call centre months ago as totally useless and anywhere else I just get blank stares. To try to get this mess sorted out I wrote a mail to Mumbai NRI Department asking for the ICICI Bank Head Office address, this was refused point blank without any reason given. There are of course other means at our disposal, so my advice is: don’t give up, just keep at them, remember its your money they’ve got and theyre there to serve you not abuse you. Without customers there is no bank and no jobs for their employees.
Take away the customers and what is the bank left with? Empty desks and staff with nothing to do but to file their nails.
