They may be the largest private bank but when it comes to services they are the worst. I never get statements as mentioned during opening an account and when complaint you are given a long list of SR numbers to keep track.
I had gone to one of their branches asking for Mediclaim policy but was told the concerned person is not present and I would be contacted soon. But that soon did not come until after 1 month and the sales guy just talked in sales pitch without knowing whether I required any policy then or not.
Worst, if you reach even 2 minute late when the bank closes, although the doors are still open but locked from inside, the insensitive staff or the never so easy to talk-security guards- wont give a damn and listen to you and would not even take your cheque to be deposited inside the banks drop-down box which would hardly taken 3 seconds.
I have a long list but would hold myself back now.
