I got a credit card from icici, and was happy to see that they gave me ’’outlook’’ magzine in the first month. Now when the first month’s bill came it had charged for 1 year subscription of ’’outlook’’.. Hell i tried n tried there nos... All busy..finally i got the customer agent. He said we are giving u discount in the yearly subscription.... But did i ask for that..who soever had introduced this policy in icici must be very foolish or must be trying to scare icici’s customers. Wished i could talk to this policy maker, tell him- o stupid person if u are getting money from outlook, then it doesnt mean that u will make it compulsery for all new card holders. Dont put it in our bills n make us call ur customer officer to get it cancelled. God knows till how long the foolish hr will hire stuipd gm’s/vp’s like you.
I opened a current account with them, they started charging some rs.27 per month. I went to the bank n a senior person told me as i have a current account so bank will charge some amount for that. But i told him that we are maintaining the min balance. Finally i called the help line. Yes they were sending me a monthly statement which is chargble. I asked him- ’’did i tell u i need it?’’. (same outlook story). Finally he took my request n i m not billed for that. Again he must be the same policy maker some gm/vp or presi...even higher position..... These people think- give them some thing which they have not asked for and charge for that. God knows when they will learn the basis of faith.
May be thats y people are going away from icici. If u want to make the bank grow n get strong - fire such fools from the management

Let me share this with u- this icici has a special division called cheque clearing deptt. God the people sitting in there cud be matric fail but consider themselves not less than a cia/kgb agent..lol... A friend happened to deposit a cheque in icici from one of his other accounts. He committed some mistake while making the cheque. Its been more that 3 months the foolish cell is not sending the cheque to the other bank. They want a written letter from my friend to collect his cheque back.
Can some one help and tell these smart @&# that they have no right to hold the cheque. Even if theres a spelling mistake- they must forward the cheque and its the power of the other bank that they clear or dishonor the cheque.

If i deposit a cheque of "x" bank in icici, then icici should know that they cannot hold my cheque. They must send the cheque to "x" bank and wait for their approval or disapproval.
I just pray some one responsible is reading this and will try to bring that @#$ gm/vp// or any such foolish @#^! To book
