I am one of the million odd customers who loves the Online Banking Tech of ICICI Bank. But God Save Me and anyone one of you when technology fails. Since they are also one of the leading advertisers in all media and publications, no one writes poorly about them. If a survey on customer satisfaction is taken, Kamath and Kochars of this world will have to start a new bank or learn from the State Banks or the BOBs of this world. Human beings still work there. ICICI Bank has amazing tech back up and the worse human interaction possible in Indian Banking History.
When their technology fails, everything fails. I have had numerous experiences, some so shit*y that if it were any other nation, they would have been on the national news channels everyday! Someday I will take a survey of all those customers who walk out of a ICICI Bank branch…. and publish the results. All the best.
