Hi all,
Though this bank boasts of its greatness, I actually found it not so good.
Problem Area 1: Customer Care Service (the inability to understand what the customer says and the lack of patience to logically solve his/her problem)
Problem Area 2: Service Charges
Problem Area 3: Not too-friendly staff at branches (most of them) Harsha.
The staff are very moody and mostly very unfriendly to most of the customers (unless they are VERY high - profile customers).
The Customer Care can hardly understands your problem in the first attempt and their Email responses are sure to raise your Blood Pressure.
If you call the Customer Care at night, be prepared to hear people talk in the most un-friendly tone to you.
Even the number of branches of the bank are not so high when compared to some other banks.
