I am holding ICICI account for past 6 years, ICICI bank internet banking is unbeliveable security, if your mobile switch off or do not have service, you never get into the internet banking of icici, I do not know the meaning for internet banking, these type fing service, I never seen in any bank. Bloody they can name it as internet mobile phone banking because internet banking you can’t logon until unless you have mobile.These kind of stupid and fing security only in ICICI. For emergency also you can’t login into the internet banking. who needs these kind of fing security, these ppl loot money from the customer, they are talking internet pishing and internet security. Lot of hidden policies please read the document when opening the account and also ask for internet security information.
India’s No 1 Worst bank. I am happy now, bcz I closed this bloody useless account. There is not meaning for internet banking. Those who are travelling out of country be careful. make sure your mobile should be active in service then only u can access the internet banking.
