I was going thru hell while I was banking with them.....i had two SB a/c and two Demat a/cs.....i was spending more time money on phone calls to their ’’GREAT’’ customer service...’’hum hai na’’ and running to their branch to sort my daily issues......but later I closed all my a/c....now what I have is thier GOLD Credit card and I keep them chase me every time i’ve to make a payment.....my modus operendy is....simple.....
i cut out a cheque of another bank for the ICICI Credit Card due balance for that month and deface it with water....so some kind of smudges appear on the amount or date place.....and then drop it their ’’dustbin drop-box’’ placed at the ATM ctr......and then when the ICICI guy calls me...... I ask them to come over to my place to have the cheque replaced......and when the guy comes over....i ask the security guard not to allow them into the Apt complex...and have left standing instructions with the security guard not to allow any ICICI rep inside the Apt complex and to tell them that I am out of town......this has been going on for some months now.....and I am having real fun......
my total outstanding on the credit card has swelled to aprox 12000......
1 - cheque for 3780...smudged with water......
2 - cheque for 8400....tore it at one end before putting it in the drop box....
3 - cheque for 11450 dropped it without signing.....
ha ha ha
now I am having real fun......till they de-activate my card....well let see how long this cat and mouse game goes on on on on......
give them the same medicine....that they give us....else how can these kind of DAY - ROBBERS be taught a lesson......
Our Govt and authorities are like ’’Napunsaks’’ they lik the feet of Kamath and co to get fund to the political parties.....how can this country improve.....ever...
be careful of this day robbing ICICI bank and all it’s affiliates....
They all employ only one moto ’’ROBB the CUSTOMER of HIS MONEY’’......
’’ HUM HAIN NA THUME CHUNA LAGANE KE LIYE ’’.......
Else how can they generate 28% of their Q2 income by FEE based income....???

THEY CAN TAKE UR SHIRTS, PANTS AND UNDIES OFF WITHOUT YOU EVER REALIZING......GET OUT OF THIS BANK BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.......MY 45 YEARS OF INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE HAS A HUNCH THAT THIS BANK WILL SOON SEE THE DOWN TREND......AND WILL EAT DUST SOON.....
