Reviews of this company in page nos 1 to 5 have been gone through & it is very surprise to note that on due date claims have been credited to insured bank accounts, it may not be true or correct. Though claims have to be paid on due date insurer will have to follow some procedure 1) Advance intimation to the insured by the insurer about maturity of particular policy & request the claimant to submit claim form along with updated details & other required documents. On receipt of all these claim process will start & the same will be settled if every thing is ok on obtaining approval from higher ups within 15 to 20 days. 2) in case of early claims that due to death/accidental death within 3years, some inquiries/investigation are required, which may take some time. From the reviews stated above, it may assume that agents/advisers/staff are doing all this reviews to sell no of policies for business & request all not to put such reviews.
