Dealing with government employees is 10 times better than dealing with folks at ICICI Direct. ridiculously inefficient folks. Could not figure out how to unlock my account for 3 yrs, and their "GM" doesnt care / know either.
But, they will still send you bills, out of the blue. I got one bill after almost 4 yrs, god knows for what. And when you try to write to customer service, here is the response you get. go figure :-)
