My account in idbi Indore vijaynagar branch.
I am living in Raipur now a days I have applied here for changing my address and transferring accounts but they rejected my application becoz I don’t have documents except Rent agreement of Chhattisgarh while they needed local address proof while I have adhaar pan voter id but it’s address is Madhya pradesh
I gave official letter head from my company but they rejected
And now my OLD ATM has blocked as per idbi rule.
I called too much to the ????? home branch but they haven’t responded it takes at least one month for getting talk with idbi home branch indore they gave me email id of manager becose their branch email is not working how can a bank irresponsible for email address. I send mail for getting ATM at nearest branch of idbi at raipur but my home branch have not responded in mail I send reminder after one week then manager called me and saying close your account here how can a branch manager said. She talked to me in bbad manner I can not close my account of idbi becoz I have connected gas subsidy atal pension yojna and and pmjsy in this account. But these kind of attitude I really disappointed. No one is helpful in idbi
If a person living in another state and doing job living in rental house how can he get adhar again and again change of address not possible easily. But other banks are very customer friendly I really disspointed
