Hai friends, When I was fed up with SBI services I accidentally found IDBI bank. At that time I need net banking and cheque book. It’s services and customer feedback system was fine. Minimum balance maintenance was just 500.and when you fail to maintain they charge 20 to 25 rupees only which was fine when compared to others. They provide a 12 leafs cheque book with zero charges I mean for free. They website, security, password, otp generation were pretty good. Offline services were best. The way they handle with customers was fantastic. I m impressed. I hope you also once visit nearest IDBI bank. Thank you.
