Never ever trust this Bank (IDBI Bank Ltd.), i’m from Bangalore, took a personal loan (Thankfully just 1 Lac), the representative promised an interest rate and the process fee, but when I recieved the DD and the documents of the loan, it was totally opposite to what was promised to me......, oh man, I was shocked to see that, when I called her(Representative) back, she tells me, she isn’t sure of that and will check on that and call me back, waited for 15 days, nobody called me back, had to personally go to the RV road branch office and lodged a complaint towards this (I ’ve the photocopy of the complaint), and I was promised it will not be repeated. Guess what, one of their own employee informed me later that, these things keep happening everytime, there are a lot of complaints about it.
I just want to finish this amount after 6 months. I would never suggest a loan from this bank to anybody. Just be careful when you are dealing with this bank’s representatives. I’ve also taken a Personal loan from ICICI Bank, so far i’ve never had even a single issue with them.
