The banking staff is not very helpful in Kolkata Salt Lake Branch.
They are perpetually in a hurry and will often be rude to senior citizens who may require additional explanation to procedures.
Apart from that, the Salt Lake branch staff still insists on Adhaar card when the supreme court has asked banks that Adhaar card is not mandatory in KYC or other financial dealings. When challenged, staff gives a lame excuse of IDBI banking rules/processess.
Totally horrible customer experience.
