This is for IDBI Home Finance Ltd. I’m mentioning fact about it.
I had applied home loan in this company in May 2004. I had underwent with lots of problems and troubles to sanction my loan.
First of all the front office female executive are really stupid in there seat, i’m sorry to say this, but they are. They are really in their mood to attend your case. Their offical timing is 9.30 am, but they get in after 10.00 or 10.15 am, they are literally not worried about customer’s time value and service they rpomise to customer and there is no other official to handle the case.
They promised to sanction my loan within 15 days, but it took almost 6 months.
They confidently told me that, You will definetly get the loan don’t worry, but ’’what’s the point if u dont get ur loan on your time.’’
Executive really don’t how to guide customer or they are not trained.
After couple of month I directly met Branch Manager of Borivali. I’m sorry I forgot to tell you about the branch. He helped me a lot and finally after several battle he approved and sanction my loan. I’m really thankful to him.
Finally I would like to tell that IDBI Home Finance Ltd. that they should take care about customer’s time and they should provide the proper and full information and guide customer in right direction.
Please take care for others, who are poor and illiterate.
