I have paid rs 5000/- along with all required documents to IDBI bank representative Mr. Bhavani Prasad for Zero balance saving account opening. He had not even provide me receipt for accepted money from to account opening. Now he is not responding to my calls. His mobile number is 8237003337. After several call s to him. He had msg me his superiors number. His name is Mr. Subhash, contact number is 8983026999. Mr. subhash had making false commitment every time. When I was make an argument with him regarding my kit not received, he abuse me by saying " if you want your kit then you have to wait. I will be come to you when I got time." Every time he showing me so busy in work. And just making false commitment to me.
IDBI customtakeouter care also the same, as they reply me once and ask some details as my cheque book number and account number, they even don’t read mails of customtakeouter’s properly. As I simply mention in that I don’t receive a kit from bank. Still they dont understand the query, and ask me for details.
All idbi people keep harrasing me since 26th Dec 2011. Regards.
