By mistake I opened up my an account with IDBI bank. It is the worst banking provider bank in INDIA. Their staff and customer care are so useless, they never respond to any of your queries. You will never know, who is your RM. Their banking app and website is so pathetic. Their service level is the worst in the WORLD. RBI must shut down these types of Banks who don’t provide the basic services to their customers. Its pathetic, useless and worst bank. NEVER Open up any type of account with IDBI. And IDBI Home loan department is so miserable and worthless, they never provide any info to you. Never waste your time with IDBI bank.
