I got the sanction letter and I didn’t get the disbursement for almost 3 months. When I wanted the disbursement they told me to go for re-sanction letter because it is valid for 60 days. This is the same procedure which is mentioned in the previous sanction letter but I ddin’t go through that.
Till now it was fine. When I asked to go for re-sanction letter they told me to give latest pay slips and bank statement. I provided those documents, they took almost 30 days for it,
When I went to bank they told me that IT-Return is bogus. When I asked reason they told it is not filed in the IT department. But they considered the same document for initial verification and they even sanctioned the loan.
When I asked them what needs to be done now they told to cancel the application form. I took back the documents and I went directly to IT office, I found out that all documents were fine and correct.
When I contacted the bank person they told me that they gave the form for verification to the third party they told it is bogus now we can’t do anything for that.
They simply give some junk reason and cancel the application form and they are going to take the processing fee for that. I want to sue them but they are not giving me the reason by writing. Never go to IDBI bank home loan. I had this with IDBI bank INDIRANAGAR branch in bangalore.
