Hey friends talling you about my IDBI bank experince.
Firstly I recommend you to avoid IDBI bank if you can.
If you have salary account in it don’t take any additional services just like net banking r mobile banking etc
I was opened a saving account nearly 3 r 4 years ago in IDBI BANK, they give me zero balance account though I maintaine 500 to 1500 every month but now in 2015 they charge me min. Bal. Charges as a penalty.
Why when I have a zero bal. Account.
I requested to bank staff to reverse my bank charges and I promise them I can maintaine in future but they don’t listen me.
So finally I closed my account in dec 2015.
Staff services so bad that in future I never visited in this bank.
