I have a savings account in IDBI Guwahati Branch vide client Id 71811328. I’ve never ever seen all time low service which they offered to me in the last 8 years. Be it Cheque dropping at ATM, or finding an ATM, Request for Debit Card you name it and expect nothing from them.
Now I have determined to close the account immediately and will request all public "THINK TWICE BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT IN IDBI BANK" your savings will yield harassment & pain for you if you opt IDBI BANK.
I am not finding any option below which says PATHETIC in the Review Box.
