The service of Home loan department of IDBI is very poor. The staff and managers are very reluctant to give details of home loan and even if we go personally to find out the status of home loan they directs us from one table to other. The home loan agent is also tells blindly about the processing charges and interest rate which does not match actually when we get final calculation sheet. The agent Mr. Subhash who was in Koramangala Loan branch has bluffed a lot on giving loan. Also he has not processed our PMAY which we came to know from the Koramangala Branch. IDBI Branch is also not taking any responsibility as they say agents are out sourced and they are not staff. Not recommended to IDBI for any purpose.
