I have my salary account in IDBI bank near Dwarka. When I approach this bank for activate my net banking they take very long tenure to activate it after several follow-ups with bank employee and customer care too and finally I got net banking service. About ATM service, they don’t have CDM machine adaquet and whereever machine available it is not functional many a times. Phone banking slightly good. So after my overall experience the service is not that much good at all.
