Whenever I have raised a complaint, Idea just closed it saying they visited my flat bla bla bla when their technician never visited out flat. My plan is 4Mbps plan and the speed I get is just look at in the image attached. The test is from idea selfcare portal. I had raised several complaint of the connection not working properly, speed however the technician never visits and closes the complaint. The funny part is we have Idea antenna in our society. I am going to change the first thing when my credit gets over.
