I Purchased IFB washing machine 8 years back whis was also my first IFB product. It was working fine and I even ended up buying one washing machine for my mother also and microwave oven also. All was well till the time the machine was working well. On 7th of July 2016 when I called up IFB customer care(comp no 18204084) began a long journey OS broken assurance by their customer care people and supervisors and call avoidance of call by one Mr anoop Chauhan who operates from bhatinda. As I write this review it has been exactly 2 months and my washing machine is still not repaired as they cannot find the PCB for it. Why do they sell such appliance when they cannot repair it after 8 years. They even took 4000/- from me in may 2016 for one year AMC. Bow they are not talking of refund of AMC also neither repairing the washer. Every day a new call centre ex and new supervisor assures me they will call back with detailed solution but leave aside false assurance they have now even stopped calling back
