if Airtel is not serious about running its DTH business then why does'nt it packs off from this sector
The chink in the armr (nodal officer punjab) is Mr Mohinder thakur who for strange reasons in not picking up my phone since last two weeks. And we have never met nor spoken to each other ever. And yes all my calls were made between 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs on 0172-4458687

I had a similar experience at jalandhar. I purchased the activation kit and called up the toll free number. Due to call drops i spoke to three different persons and each one of them told me about a different procedure to get it installed.
