Purchased this piece IFB 7KG digital 3 years back with 2 years extended warranty. First of all I can say that this is the best product in terms of performance. Parts quality is above average but very riskey in terms of cost if needs to be replaced out of warranty. Its a high maintenance product so be ready to purchase accessories like hi-lo cut, water filter, water inlet adaptor (need to buy extras as quality is too bad and life is limited to 2 years). It can work to the efficiency of 90 degree temperature, but installation technician will warn you on day one to not to use this temperature. drum speed is 1200 RPM which is highest in industry and will drain out even the last drop of water from clothes. Can’t wash blankets even though it is 7KG, as it won’t fit in drum.
My experience was bad in terms of spare parts as all main parts got replacement in the very first year of purchase like main motor, main circuit, water inlet adaptor, detergent dispenser got cracked(got the same replaced after much fuss as those people does not cover plastics in warranty).
Thank God it was under warranty else the cost of these parts is very huge. If you have hard water problem in your area the don’t forget to purchase water softener from ECO CRYSTAL, else God knows what all things can be damaged.
Over all if you can risk your money in compensation of high performance then do go for it.
