Never Order accessories via IFB website

Dear All,


Never order via IFB website. Here is what is going on with my order.


19/11/2013:


I placed the order for Autodish detergent 1Kg) x 3 on 19th Nov 2013. The order number is 100006876.


26/11/2013:


I didn’t get any reply in next 7 days, hence I sent an email on  26 Nov 2013 as a reminder. Promptly I saw Ms.Akshata More calling me to apologies for delay in delivery and ensured that I will receive the stuff with in next two days.


28/11/2013:


I waited again but no one turned up. I sent another reminder email to same email id and waited for another 2 days. No one turned up.


04/12/2013:


I called up customer care and they ensured me that they will escalate this to head office and someone will call me today before EOD. Upon asking service request number, the lady was unable to provide. I was stunned as she said, we don’t have SR system but I can assure you that someone will call you up.


05/11/2013:


Still no one called up and material is also not arrived. When I look into my order the status showing “Processing” since inception of this order.


Nutshell, IFB online ordering is pathetic and good for nothing. As IFB is not responding I am not sure to buy the detergent from outside else I will have unnecessary stock pile up at my home.


I’ll file a case against IFB in consumer forum for no response, no refund and wasting my time.
