Ms VaaniKrishnan: If you really want to make a difference or add any value, then just search my name in your payback system and you will find the SR number. Seems your job is to keep asking SR numbers to everyone who puts a review here and then sleep over your desk.
I have 10 SR numbers and another 10 SR numbers from ICICI. What the hell will you do with SR numbers. It's a joke and you too cutting and pasting the same statement.

Another shock...I bought S4 worth around 36600. I paid via ICICI Debt card. I came to know that my card is under 200/3.5 point scheme. Now ICICI credited only 100 points saying there is a cap :). I am done with ICICI Payback.

By saying HOD or giving his timing schedule does not make any sense. Good to know your problem is solved but this could have been done by any dermatologist.
Dr Anil Abraham proposed unnecessary procedures. This resulted in visiting him 3-4 times and paid around 4K in each visit. Total we spent a lot as well waste of time, health, frustration and stress.
