Not worth it

When I first heard of incredimail I downloaded the free version. I loved the cute mail notifiers that let you know you have new mail and the nice stationery for brightening my e-mails up. I liked it so much that I then purchased the paid version and proceeded to download all kinds of backgrounds, sounds, e-cards and so on.

Then my computer kept freezing up and the voice feature on incredimail would not work so I tried to e-mail them several times with no response. I tried the help files which did not help with the problem I was having.

I am the type of person that has a lot of e-mail folders and store many e-mails in them. When I first put incredimail on my machine all my folders from outlook were transferred over so I assumed by unistalling incredimail my folders would return to outlook and proceeded with the un-install.

When I went back to outlook all my folders were gone. I had to go back and download incredimail again to get to them. I tired to export them out but it would not work so I had to forward every single one, one at a time then go through the unistall again and go into outlook and make folders and file everything.

When I got another computer I decided to try incredimail again and it would only give me the free version, not the one I had paid for. Again I wrote them several times with no responses so I gave up using it and will never download it again.
