This about the Indane Gas agency, the Agency is "Devaganga Associates", located in chandra layout, Bangalore.
2-3 months ago I booked for a new gas connection, got the connection after a long wait, meaning they had informed me that the new connection will be give in 2 weeks time or less and they almost took a month to give a new connection. They don’t even respond to any customer comes there in a proper manner.
Wonder why there are running this gas agency, and they sit there say’yes, it will be done today, or tomorrow’, when they are not even sure about it.
Now after I booked for a gas cylinder, as the previous one got over, since I booked one week ago, everyday, they say the booking is done, and it will be delivered today. Again, they are not sure, they give some delivery guys person’s number, and he says the same thing.
Well, please "DO NOT" get any connection from this gas agency, it may be the same case with gas agencies in other areas in Bangalore. Ignore them, waste of time, and bunch of people in their office, who doesn’t know when and what to say for any customer.
