Very bad service

Hi, I’ve recently made couple of orders with india plaza, they have shipped it through firstflight( one of the worsr courier service) which was reached after 8 days, once the courier guy came to home and found that house was locked later he did not came at all and kept the status as door locked for next two days and sent the parcel back to origin, all this was updated in the firstflight website after sending the courier back to origin. I was unaware of it till then (these firstflight courier service dont even update their website on daily basis). I’ve raised a ticket in the india plaxs website and it was answere after 2 days, that the product will be reshipped in 3-4 days, Its been 15 days, there is no information about my order, the coustomer care wont reply to my query, the phone will be always busy...
