This is to update you people with my order.
I was not satisfied with the time taken for shipment of my product as the officials says that the products are held up at airports for customtakeout problems.(My question is that if the product has genuine bill and warranty stated on the website, why would anyone at airport sieze the products? They have no authority to do so.)
So I told Indiaplaza.in to cancel my order on 08/03/2011 i.e. yesterday.
And after calling them today i.e. 09/03/2011 to remind them about my cancellation, they processed my cancellation of order.
No I will wait for the refund of my money i.e. Rs. 25990/- to come into my Account back.
Will update to you people soon. This is only to make you aware of their services.

I have ordered the prodoct Blackberry 9800 from their website costing Rs. 25990/- on 26th February 2011.
After the order I Checked my account on indiaplaza it showed "The product will be Shipped by 5th March 2011"
on 1st of March 2011 the wesbite shows the status "Ready to ship" . So I called the customtakeouter care to ask them to ship the product if it is ready to ship, They replied " Your product will be shipped on 5th March 2011"
I was fine with the answer. I waited till 5th March 2011 and called them after no changes in account details. The answer was that "Product is ready with them but Logistics people were not available and so the cant ship the product on that day and asked me to wait till 7th March 2011.
I did so and called to ask the status on 7th now they say "There is a vendor problem and asked me to wait till 8th March i.e. Today.
I called them today to ask about the status "They say the product is not available, as there is a shortage of it"
I want to ask them, if product was available on 5th march 2011, how there is a shortage today, Did they give my product to someone else? I cannot trust these people any more. So I asked the representative to refund my money back, they said process will take a week time.
It was my mistake to order from the website.
Now I dont know what to do? shall I wait for the product to come or I shall ask for refund?
