I bought two murphy richards Chef Pro Induction plate, paid through my bank, my order status reflected authorized, next day it was ready to ship. But suddenly on 06 Mar 2012 it changed to cancelled. I didn’t do it. To make more complicated customer care of Indiaplaza was also not aware. Now they say there was some technical issue, no one is explaining what.
Being a customer I want my product. Else I guess consumer court would be the only step. Attached please see the screen shots also.
Worst online shopping experience.
