Got product but paid octroi charge extra

I recently bought a phone Samsung Omnia W I8350 from indiaplaza [order number I23021203644 ]

I received the mobile the after three day but had to pay the octroi charges for Rs 798 extra for it. and when I asked these guys they said "Some states in India however have additional levies like Octroi. This is an additional charge and needs to be borne by customer.

if I would have bought the phone from a local Mobile store is cost almost same and I get that instantly.

However, saying this on a special note we will reimburse the same.
