Increasingly worse service

I have always bought books, flowers, gifts etc. from Indiaplaza and until last year the service has been awesome with timely deliveries. But since April, 2011 the service has fallen flat. The books that I order aare never delivered on time with delays of as many as 20 days for a 2-3 day delivery. I wonder what do they mean by 7 day delivery protection. The customer care service is hopeless. I generates so many online tickets but none of them were replied to. The customer care service blamed their failing online systems. Inspite of these issues, I ordered a book - The Help, 2 weeks back with 2-3 WDs delivery. Still waiting to get my hands on it. When they didn’t reply to my online ticket, I called up and were informed that the book was out of stock. Funny, why the order got approved at all(not to mention, cash debited frm my card). I asked them to cancel the order and a few days back got an sms that my order had been shipped on sep 6th. I am not sure if there’s been a leadership change or someone is purposely trying to ruin their own company. But yes the whole experience has scarred me to never agin purchase anything from them. I have bought two things from Homeshop18.com with timely or rather before time deliveries. So far so good and I think I am going to stick to it for a while. I wish we could have a reliable and awesome site like Amazon.com
