I ordered a pen drive(Order: IN2408115997) from this site on 26th Aug. Until 31-Aug there was no update on the order. To my surprise, all of a sudden the status of the order changed to delivered though I never received it.
I tried reaching out to the customer support, I had to literally try 4 times with a wait time of 20 mins every time to finally reach one the support executives. Guess what would the response from executive?
He said, the product has been delivered from our side but looks like the courier person did not deliver it to you.
How the hell am I responsible for this? Didnt I order from their website and Isn’t it IndiaPlaza’s responsibility to make sure the product is delivered to the right person?
My suggestion: Don’t even think of buying anything from this website.It is a fraud site. I am even concerned if my credit card details has been compromised.
