Customer service is a tragedy

I got to know deal for a smartphone from IndiaPlaza.com after a long research on the Internet. They didn’t send the accessories other than mobile package as advertised on the website. It has been more than two weeks still I am chasing them for the missing items.




  1. Customer service phone no. cost us STD charges(other than b’lore or karnataka)




  2. Customer service is having a wait time of more than 15 minutes or even more irrespective of work timings.




  3. Their web support(ticket system) is far more worse than their phone support. They didn’t even check it when we submit, they look after it only after we intimate them over phone. But it will be open for weeks.






While my SAVINGS in the deal is LOST in calling or tracing their customer service. I should have gone to the local market.
