I bought a wireless mouse from IndiaPlaza on 21st May, 2012 with details as below

The product which was delivered to me was not working at all. Now this product is already under 1yr manufacture warranty. So I called up their customer care to ask them to take this product and give me a working one.
On this they told that they wont do it and that I will have to go to its service center and get it replaced., but for which they were not even giving me its address. Their customer care sucks.
Now my concern is that what is the benefit to buy a product online when I have to go to the shop and get it replaced. Why should I wait extra money. This was a fault from IndiaPlazas side so why should I suffer for it.
Please guide me how should I proceed with this complaint.
