I have ordered Samsung Galaxy SIII in indiaplaza on 18th Jun since the website stated that it will ship the items in 3 working days, Order i18061200779, And been following up with customer care from wednesday 21st June. I had a concern that ill be available in my Shipping address till 27th June (Its an Official Address I gave for shipping the item, On 27th Jun since I’m getting relieved from my Company, That address which is with my Employee ID of my company will be permanently deactivated. So item cant be delivered after 27th, To my fatal the contact no which I gave for Shipping my item has been temporarily Suspended since mobile is stolen.
Even if the courier gets dispatched the courier guy cant call me , I even raised a ticket to Indiaplaza to change my contact no in the Consignment, Hope alteast they will change my contact in the consignment as it in their my Profile of Indiaplaza ) , I had been constantly saying to CC that I have the above concern and ask them to ship ASAP, On Wednesday they told that they will be shipping definitely on Thursday Evening, Then Again on Thursday I caled them They said they don’t have sufficient stock and said that they will be definitely Shipping it on Saturday and even on Saturday they didn’t ship the them. So again, I called them to check why its not yet dispatched , they again said the item is not in stock and to my shock they said they will be shipping only it on Next Friday even after saying that ill be available only till Wednesday in my shipping location
To indiaplaza: If you don’t have stock why did you list it in site, I can even see now that SIII is still made available, I can clearly confirm that you people have started cheating the customers by saying that the item is still available in stock , although the truth is you dont have in your inventory.
Since I trusted Indiaplaza so much , I had ordered it thinking that it will be delivered in 3 working days, Now its already 7 days still the item not shipped, I can see the status as Ready to ship for the past four days. I even requested CC to change the shipping address, But they refused to do so , They said its already been invoiced and we cant edit it, I am asking you people how can you invoice an item even when the item is out of stock,
These people enjoy the interest from our money and cooly deliver it after 15 days when the item is in stock, Please refrain from buying in this site, I deeply regret that I have ordered from this site.
You have three options:
Either ship my item within Monday, or Change the shipping address with my contact no.
or Refund my amount with the gift voucher I had applied during the purchase!
If you are failing to do any one of these !...I ll visiting your office in Hulsoor , Since I stay near to it. Serious action going to be taken on you for cheating the customer , If you are failing to give me a proper resolution on this.
First make the SIII as out of stock to stop cheating the customers, for the poeple who want to order SIII dont buy from this site, They don’t actually have it, They are falsly advertising in their site.
