Extremely Poor Service

My fate started with My company giving me a India Plaza Gift voucher of 1000 Rs.


I ordered for 160 GB External hard disk costing 3500. I was told to wait for 10 days for Delivery.


I was waiting for nearly 20 days, Still didn’t get that. After 30 days I was told that, due to lack of stock this is taking time and it will be delivered shortly.


Rather I asked them to cancel that order and I asked for 360 GB hard disk of a Different make.


Once again the India Plaza Site shows that, My item would be shipped on some date but now it has happened more than 20 days from the promised date.


Still it is not yet shipped.


Never seen such a poor quality of service, . They really making fool of people.


If they don’t have some product, They should either not display that in thier web site or they should hint the users that the stock is not currently available. They cant keep fooling ppl like this.
