I have ordered few books under the 50% discount offer on Indiaplaza, they have taken my order and money and after that cancelled my order themselves, but haven’t refunded my money after so many requests. This is complete fraud and it don’t know, how to sue them for the fraud.
In a ideal scenario, if they can’t provide such discounts, they shouldn’t have took the order in first place and even after they realized that the order can’t be meet the refund should be processed in maximum one week.
I hope someone is listening and will provide my money back.
