Pathetic

I placed order number 090320100028 on 9th March.  It was not delivered. I raised a ticket to customer service on 14th March - no response. Again raised a ticket on 17th March. I tried calling up on customer service number - no one picks the phone.


Totally unacceptable in this day and age.
