Indiaplaza was introduced to me by my friend as the online place where you can get books at much lower rates to other online book stores. I wanted to give it a try. My first order was two books which were on time without any issues. Next time I ordered two more books during 19-Oct-2012.
When I ordered it promised to be shipped by 10 days. After two weeks, one book was with status ’Shipped’ and another ’Assigned to vendor’. When I raised ticket for first book, I got it after three days. But second book status was same even after three week. I raised a ticket for the second book. After three days they mentioned that book was not available hence cancelling the order and money will be refunded in 7 - 8 working days.
It took 4 weeks for them to identify that the book ordered by customer is not in stock, that only after I raised ticket. Most funniest part is even now if I search for the same book in their site, it says it is available and will be shipped in 14 days.
I have decided to switch back to by fav online book store were I have been buying books for more than 2 yrs without any single issue.
