Avoid Indiaplaza at possible costs

I placed an order on Indiaplaza for Philips Juicer HR1858. It has been 10 days and the order is showing in state of "Ready to Ship". The order number is I01041200215. They don’t publish their customer support number on the site and their email support. On email they said order will be shipped on 8th Apr and today is 12th Apr.


Don’t know how to cancel the order.
